Tools Required for Application

Roadware 5300 Application Tool. For easy dispensing of Roadware 300 x 300ml cartridges.
4" Taping knife or margin trowel for applying material and sand
Sharp scrapper for shaving off cured material and sanding block for smoothing and blending repairs.
Wire brush for cleaning cracks and spalls.
4" grinder with a diamond blade or twisted wire wheel for cleaning cracks and spalls.
Shop vacuum for cleaning out dust and debris from crack and spalls.
30 - 40 grit manufactured silica sand. Used for extending the repair material in cracks and spalls. DO NOT USE PLAY SAND, CONCRETE SAND, BEACH SAND OR ANY SAND THAT MAY CONTAIN EXCESS MOISTURE. FOLLOW MANUFACTURERS SAFETY GUIDELINES WHEN WORKING WITH SILICA SAND.
