		ROADWARE 10 MINUTE CONCRETE MENDER CITY POOL DECK REPAIR BULK MATERIAL APPLICATION
			This city pool was built in the 1930's. The concrete deck needs serious repair. Replacement was not practical because the pool was scheduled to open the next morning! A Roadware repair crew chipped back the spalled concrete with a light chipping hammer and removed all loose debris and dirt.
				Roadware 10 Minute Concrete Mender supplied in 5 gallon cans and manufactured silica sand were mixed in a pail with an electric drill motor. One quart of mixed Concrete Mender and 2.5 quarts of sand were used in every batch. Mixing time is about 15 seconds.

				The mixed material was dumped immediately into the repair area.
				A margin trowl is used to quickly even out the repair.
				Additional batches were added as needed.
				A finishing trawl is used to create the final non-skid finish.
				Roadware 10 Minute Concrete Mender may be feather edged and blended into the surrounding concrete.
				After the material was allowed to cure for 10 minutes, a finishing stone may be used to remove any high spots.
				For a smooth transition between old concrete and the repair, a grinder with a diamond finishing blade is used.
				A quick coat of enamel paint was applied and allowed to dry, the pool was ready for business by morning.
