MatchCrete™ Concrete Mender

Colored concrete deck repair using Roadware MatchCrete™ Concrete Mender.

Use Roadware MatchCrete™ Concrete Mender to make long lasting repairs under most decorative concrete systems. The Microdoweling™ action of MCM bonds slabs back together and can stabilize a concrete base for many types of decorative treatments.

Problem: Stained concrete patio over occupied space. The crack in the slab allowed water to leak into space below.
Preparation: Crack was opened up with a diamond side grinder to reveal a solid clean bonding surface.
Application: Roadware MatchCrete™ Concrete Mender and manufactured sand was used to repair the crack at full depth.
After the material cured in about 10 minutes, excess material was scraped and ground off to reveal a level and smooth finish.
The concrete decorative color treatment was re-applied and sealed.
The crack is hardly noticeable and the leaking below has stopped.
